How to submit
Use our contact form and choose “Listing correction.” Include the profile URL, requested correction, and a source supporting the change. Please do not send passwords, medical information, or other sensitive records.
We review requests for factual accuracy and may ask for a confirming source. Sending a correction does not guarantee an immediate change or removal.
